A deposit of 50% is due upon booking. The second payment of 50% is due 30 days before arrival and will be collected automatically from the card used in the first transaction.

We also require a signed rental agreement and a $250 security deposit hold. The hold is placed two days before arrival and removed five days after departure if there are no extra charges. Once booked, you will receive an email with a link to provide those items.

During booking, you will be required to upload a copy of a government photo ID to prove the primary renter’s age (age requirements vary by property) and to prove authorization to charge the credit card. We do not share this information with others.

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of placing the reservation will receive a 100% refund (Does not apply to last minute bookings made 14 days before check-in).

Bookings cancelled 30 days before check-in will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Bookings cancelled within 14 days will receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate, fees, and taxes.

Despite our love for our fury friends, we have a strict no pets policy.

Each property offers unique discounts. However, we always offer discounts for stays 7 nights or longer.
